The Accu-Chek FastClix lancing device is used to collect capillary blood from the end of the finger. A single press of the release button will arm the lancing device and trigger the sting with a lancet. It can be set to 11 bite depths, depending on the type of skin. It includes a barrel of 6 lancets, avoiding handling individual lancets.

Rotate the tip to select one of 11 puncture depths according to your skin type. If you are not used to handling the lancing device, start with a shallow bite.
Getting a drop of blood
Press the lancing device firmly against the chosen sampling site and push the release button to the stop.
Positioning a new lancet
Slide the white lever located on the side of
the lancing device to the stop and then return it to the initial position to change the lancet.
A window next to the lever indicates the number of lancets still unused in the barrel.
